You do not need an appointment to bring something in for alterations, as all of our staff are trained to take alterations; however, if you want to meet with one of our tailors directly then it is a good idea to call the store first or reach to us via the form on the “contact us” page to make sure they’ll be available.

Our head tailor, Ca Luong, has 40 years of experience in tailoring, alterations, and garment repairs. Ca works on site of the Glenmont store almost every day (please call before stopping in to verify she’ll be there).
We also have two assistant tailors, also with several decades of experience, and a specialty tailor who works with us for specialty items such as weaves
